The Ruffian Rigger Bag was designed in 1986 for the sailors and riggers who work aloft and on deck, where every tool needs to be exactly where you left it. Still in production today — because when something works this well, you don't change it.

Made from heavy natural #8 cotton duck canvas with a 3oz suede leather bottom and trim, this bag is built to handle salt air, sun, and the kind of daily abuse that would destroy a synthetic bag in a season. The water-resistant leather bottom protects your tools from deck moisture, while the stainless steel cable in the top edge holds the bag open when suspended — a thoughtful detail that only comes from real-world experience.
